Volunteers Needed!
Chadbourne Elementary

Hello Chadbourne families,

Welcome to the new school year! We look forward to your continued support and participation in CFFA activities this year. Here is the list of volunteer signups that was originally published in May. Thanks to all of you who have already signed up. As you can see, there are many committees that need volunteers.  Important activities like  Halloween Carnival, Year Book and Safety Patrol have no or very few volunteers.  Please sign up so that these activities can continue.

If you have any questions, please stop by the CFFA table tomorrow at MAZE Day!

Halloween Carnival Signed Up: 14 / 10

Chadbourne’s Halloween Carnival provides a safe place for kids to dress up in their Halloween costumes, play games, and win prizes. This year, the carnival will be held on Saturday, October 26th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Carnival coordinators with the help of volunteers set up games like Bean Bag Toss, Duck Splash, Carnevil Kerplunk, and others all over the playground and blacktop. Coordinators also work with local businesses and services to obtain fabulous prizes for the Raffle. Every year, the super-duper, Grand Prize from the raffle is a 4-pack of Disneyland Passes! More than 200 parent and student volunteers worked for this event last year. We need parents, student volunteers from high school, Chadbourne 6th Grade, Scouts BSA, Girl Scouts, and Cub Scouts to work together to make this year’s event successful! We invite all Chadbourne families and friends to come enjoy the event and make it a success. Please sign up to volunteer for the event. Volunteers are needed to coordinate raffle ticket sales, will-call tickets, candy management, and the BooBucks booth. A more detailed volunteer signup sheet with specific tasks will also be published on Konstella shortly.
