Art & Science Day Workshop Leaders Needed.

We need parent volunteers in all grades to lead 45-minute workshops on any art- or science-related theme. Sign up by filling out the A&S Day Workshop Sign Up by Friday, February 14.

Please see Workshop Leader Announcement for additional details. Contact Joanne Joanne Adamkewicz on Konstella or at

Garden/Campus beautification.

Thanks to Eagle Scout and CP alumni Felix Liu (’16) and volunteers he recruited, CP Garden Club is benefiting from Felix’s "Eagle Project."  His project involves weeding the garden, placing wood chips over the ground, replacing plants, installing a new irrigation system as well as constructing a bench for the garden.  See the attached B4 & after picture.  More work is slated for this weekend.  Volunteers please contact our Community Liaison - Connie Chang, or Felix Liu <> .

College Park Teachers presented lively Social Emotional Workshop.

Give A Big Shout Out to College Park teachers Ms. DeVito, Ms. Rasool, Ms. Yeh and credentialed Coach “Dustin” Mak for presenting and explaining the SEL program last week during the PTA General Assembly.  The SEL concepts being taught our students are simple and grade appropriate:  (… paraphrasing … ) knowing yourself through knowing others enhances learning and everything else!

Students have been learning the value of understanding themselves - being aware socially and emotionally.  They’ve been completing homework assignments on social emotional learning.  They’ve been participating in earnest even during recess and lunch.  They’ve been earning Panda Pop Tickets and each week, the student with the most Pop Tickets of each class gets a prize!  And each class with the most Pop Tickets earns the weekly privilege of having A Panda in their classroom.

Thank you, thank you innovative teachers Ms. DeVito, Ms. Rasool, Ms. Yeh and credentialed Coach “Dustin” Mak!!

Fundraiser reminders.

Support our school when you shop! We’ve partnered with Good Eggs, a Bay Area grocery delivery service, to fundraise for our school. When you try Good Eggs as a new customer, the school earns $25 and you get $25 off your first order. Use our school’s promo code “pandapride" when you check out and share it with friends and family who’d also love to support our school!

This code does not expire.

Your code provides $25 off for new Good Eggs customers only (and your school earns $25 each time the code is used). A family qualifies as a new customer if they haven’t placed an order with us yet. (Note: if a family created an account with us in the past, but didn’t place their first order, they will count as a new customer in this fundraiser.)

Families can share your code with friends and family in the Bay Area outside of the school — anyone can help support your school!

Only 1 account per family will count towards your fundraiser.

To redeem the code, families just need to add it at checkout when shopping on or on our app. Once the code is added, they’ll see the message “Thank you for supporting College Park Elementary School!” They have to schedule their first order with your code to count towards your fundraiser.
