The 2nd Grade is currently doing their final unit in Arts & Letters, How does food nourish us?
As there is a community pantry at the municipal building right next to our school, the 2nd Graders thought that a canned food drive would be a meaningful contribution to our community while incorporating the lessons of this unit.
To that end, The 2nd Grade is asking for families, only if they can, to please send in a can or two of a canned food by this Friday. All food donations can be donated at Sr. Blejwas's room.
