Archiving 2021-2022 School Year
Fri, Aug 5 1:24pm

Hello, CP,

With the new school year just weeks away, we will be archiving last year's Konstella classrooms and data on Friday August 19, at 12 noon, so that we can prepare for new class lists.

If you would like to save a directory of your student's former class, or download data from a sign up, sale, or fundraiser that you helped to organize during the 2021-2022 school year, now is the time to do so. Please see directions below for downloading directories and reports. (NOTE: You must be on a PC or laptop. Neither of these functions is possible on the mobile phone app.)

All files and photos that were shared this past year will be saved in the archive and accessible via the search function. (To search archived files, go to the Search bar in the upper right corner of your Konstella account, type a key word, then click the green search icon--e.g., the magnifying glass--for a dropdown menu of past school years.)

School committees will not be archived.

If you have any difficulties or concerns regarding the archiving of the 2021-2022 school year, please contact us at cminerva@gmail.com and rebeccazcallahan@gmail.com.

Thank you,

Chrissy and Rebecca, Co-VPs of Communications
