Dear CP Families,

With the new school year just weeks away, we will be archiving last year's Konstella classrooms and data on Saturday, August 24 at noon so that we can prepare for new class lists.

If you would like to save a directory of your student's former class or download data from a sign up, sale, or fundraiser that you helped to organize during the 2023-2024 school year, now is the time to do so. Please see directions below for downloading directories and reports. (NOTE: You must be on a PC or laptop. Neither of these functions is possible on the mobile phone app.)

All files and photos that were shared this past year will be saved in the archive and accessible via the search function. (To search archived files, go to the Search bar in the upper right corner of your Konstella account, type a key word, then click the green search icon--e.g., the magnifying glass--for a dropdown menu of past school years.)

School committees will not be archived.

How to Download a Directory from Konstella

• Select "Directory" from the left sidebar menu.
• You will be directed to your student's class directory. From this page, select the green "Download Directory" button in the upper right corner.
• Select what you wish to download for print and click the orange "Ok" button at the bottom.
• Save the downloaded PDF file to your personal device.

How to Download a Report from a Konstella Sale, Fundraiser, or Sign Up

• Go to the sales, fundraiser, or sign up page that you created (or were designated a "User").
• Click the orange "Actions" button in the upper right corner for a dropdown menu.
• For sales and fundraising pages, click "Download Report." For sign ups, click "Download CSV."
• Save the downloaded report to your personal device.
