Dear Families,

One way to be involved in your child's school experience is to be a room parent! As a room parent, you will help plan class parties, coordinate class gifts for teachers, and serve as the main point of communication for the teachers and the classroom families.  Each classroom will have 2 room parents to help share the responsibilities. 

Some typical room parent responsibilities include:

• Checking in with the teachers periodically to see if they need any supplies for the classroom (wipes, paper towels, etc.);
• Providing support for classroom parties (e.g., Halloween, Valentine’s Day, winter holiday party, etc.);
• Organizing holiday and end of year gifts for your student's teacher and classroom aide;
• Helping to maintain an up-to-date classroom roster on Konstella (e.g., if students join or leave the class during the year, let CP PTO admin know)! 

This is a wonderful way to get involved if you want to support our classes but do not have a lot of time for larger roles. Sign up below!
