ANNUAL CP FUNDRAISER - SAVE THE DATE: Friday, October 13th, 6 -9 pm
Be sure to mark the evening of Friday, October 13, on your calendars for our school’s annual fundraiser: CP @ the Ivy Inn!
Proceeds will help to cover the cost of enrichment programs in the arts for all students, teacher supplies, and special programming and free events, such as our fall and spring picnics, STEAM Day, the science fair, and much more.
It will be a fun, low-key evening with a DJ, drinks, nosh, and more! Tickets go on sale soon through Konstella.
To help reach our goal – we need you to:
- Schedule a babysitter for Friday, Oct. 13 from 6-9 pm - OR
- We will be partnering with Caminos Princeton to host a Parents Night Out that evening for those that would be interested in this childcare option. Details to follow!
- We will be launching our POPs (Parents Organized Parties)* at the Fundraiser. Be the first to sign up for parties and special experiences for your students (or yourself) throughout the year! You or your student may make a new best friend. Some parties fill up in a flash, so be there.
- What in the world is a POP? A POP is a parent-organized party (also formerly known as a "party board"), where a parent or group of parents host a party or event, and the proceeds from the tickets sold go to support our school. See the attached flyer for more information.
- Volunteer for a short shift assisting at the party. Signup opportunities coming soon to Konstella! (Perk: Event volunteers get first dibs to sign up for POPs!)
There are so many ways to help with our fundraiser and make a difference for CP and for our kids. We look forward to each family lending their support in some way! And we truly welcome all kinds of communication – feedback, questions and offers of help.

COLECTA ANUAL DE CP - GUARDA LA FECHA: Viernes, 13 de octubre, de 6 a 9 pm
Asegúrate de marcar la noche del viernes 13 de octubre en tu calendario para la colecta anual de nuestra escuela: ¡CP en el Ivy Inn!
Los ingresos ayudarán a cubrir el coste de los programas de enriquecimiento en las artes para todos los estudiantes, material para los maestros, programación especial y eventos gratuitos, como nuestros picnics de otoño y primavera, el Día STEAM, la feria de ciencias y mucho más.
¡Será una noche divertida y relajada con un DJ, bebidas, aperitivos y más! Los boletos saldrán a la venta pronto a través de Konstella.
Para ayudarnos a alcanzar nuestra meta, necesitamos que:
- Programes a una niñera para el viernes 13 de octubre de 6 a 9 pm - O
- Nos asociaremos con Caminos Princeton para organizar una Noche de Padres para aquellos interesados en esta opción de cuidado de niños. ¡Detalles próximamente!
- Lanzaremos nuestras POPs (Fiestas Organizadas por Padres)* en la Colecta. Sé el primero en inscribirte en fiestas y experiencias especiales para tus hijos (o para ti mismo) durante todo el año. Tú o tu hijo pueden hacer un nuevo mejor amigo. Algunas fiestas se llenan rápidamente, así que asegúrate de estar atento.
- ¿Qué es una POP? Una POP es una fiesta organizada por padres (anteriormente conocida como "junta de fiestas"), donde un padre o un grupo de padres organizan una fiesta o evento, y los ingresos de las entradas vendidas van a apoyar a nuestra escuela. - Hazte voluntario ayudando en un periodo corto en la fiesta. ¡Las oportunidades de inscripción llegarán pronto a Konstella! (Ventaja: ¡Los voluntarios del evento tienen prioridad para inscribirse en las POPs!)
