5th Grade McCarter Theater Residency Performance
5th graders performed Shakespeare's The Tempest on Friday, February 10th. The students did two performances - one for the students in school and one for parents in the evening. After working with McCarter Theater educators for 10 sessions - students learned about acting, got their parts, memorized their lines, and executed a phenomenal performance! Along with the work they did as part of their residency, students completed several projects related to their characters and the story - dioramas, writing pieces, costume design - all on display on the first floor of CP.  Residencies are fully funded by the CP PTO and our communities generous donations. We will be sharing out each grade's residency this year!
