Your PTO at Work: Staff Appreciation

During the gloomiest time of year, the PTO raised spirits by giving our wonderful staff bright new CP T-shirts. Thank you to Layla Cabrera for the design!

"Hola Awesome CP PTO! Gracias!  Thank you so much for the sunny, cheerful CP staff T-shirt! I LOVE it! CP is the place to be! Thank you PTO for all the ways you make CP staff feel so loved! "

❤ PTO Appreciation! ❤

THANK YOU for all you do to make CP a wonderful place for students AND staff! Here are a few recent notes of gratitude from some of our teachers and staff:

"To my PTO family,

Thank you for the very generous gift at Christmas. I know I've said it so many times, but it bears repeating: I feel so fortunate to have such a supportive community of families, but even beyond that, such lovely people. It truly makes CP a great place to be!"

"CP PTO,

Thank you for the holiday lunch and generous gift. Your thoughtfulness and generosity added to the joy of the holiday season. I appreciate all you do for our school."

"Dear CP PTO,

Wow!! What a lovely surprise I received from you yesterday. Thank you for the holiday gift--it certainly will come in handy. It is an honor for me to work with your children and hopefully impact their learning in a positive way!"

"Dear CP PTO,

Thank you for the New Year's gift. It was so thoughtful and generous!

"Dear CP PTO family,

Thank you for your very generous holiday gift. Every year I am absolutely overwhelmed by your kindness. CP is a wonderful school with a dedicated PTO!"

  • A service, such as free babysitting (usually offered by an older sibling) or a custom cake or cookies provided by a professional or semi-professional baker
  • A stay at their family's second home

Fundraiser for 101: The PHS College Fund

The 101: Fund invites you to join our spring fundraising event, College Throwback Night, an evening of music, games, libations and (old)-school spirit on Saturday, March 9 at the historic Princeton Charter Club

This will be our first live event in over 5 years, and back by popular demand, a casual wear-your-college-sweatshirt evening! Relive your youthful Saturday nights, with basement bar games, signature cocktails and Charter Club’s ample buffet - known to be one of the best.

All money raised will directly support recent Princeton High School graduates who are well prepared for college, but find the cost an overwhelming hurdle. Many recipients of our need-based scholarship are the first in their families to pursue a degree. In 2023 alone, the 101: Fund spent $141,000 supporting students attending institutions such as Rutgers University, Mercer County Community College, Cornell University and Howard University, to name a few.

The 101: Fund has been brightening the futures of promising students for over 50 years! Our hope is to continue to raise the funds needed with your support! We hope to see you there!
