Walk/Bike to School Day
Thursday, October 7

Forget the car this Thursday. Choose some alternative locomotion as CP celebrates the health and sustainability benefits of walking, biking, scootering, skateboarding, hoverboarding, etc.

Families are welcome to help decorate the sidewalks around CP with chalk pictures and inspiration the day before. Volunteers may sign up here. Drop in anytime after 3:30 p.m. Bring a friend or sibling. We'll provide the chalk.

Halloween Costume Swap
Collection: Ends October 15
Distribution: Mid-October (details to come)

Give your child's outgrown Halloween costumes a new home! Gently used children's costumes may be dropped off to bins at CP entrances now through October 15. Donated costumes will be distributed to CP families in mid-October.

Save Your McCaffrey's Receipts
Save your receipts when you shop at McCaffrey's Food Market in the Princeton Shopping Center. CP receives 0.95% from each receipt, which adds up quickly!
Drop your receipts  in the McCaffrey's box located inside the vestibule of CP's main entrance.
And remember: the receipts expire after two months so don't lose them in your junk drawer!

Party Boards are Back!

A key feature of past school years were party boards--those special social events where we mixed fun and fundraising for the benefit of our whole school community. We are launching them again but with some changes:

1) All party boards will follow PPS covid safety guidelines (masking, social distancing, etc.)

2) We will be rolling out party boards on a monthly basis rather than selling tickets to all events for the whole school year.

Be on the look out for October & November party board ticket sales and if you have an idea for a party board, please contact Fundraising Co-Chairs Constanza Ferro and Daniela Cravero at

Mark Your Calendar for CP's Online Auction
Bidding open November 1-15

Thank you everyone for donating an item or experience to CP's first ever online auction. We've got some good stuff coming in! The auction will launch Monday, November 1, and you'll have two weeks to place your bids.

And if you haven't yet donated something to the auction, there's still time! Sign up here or email Fundraising Co-Chairs Constanza Ferro and Daniela Cravero at by October 15. Auction items should be received by November 1.

Meet & Greet with Dr. Kelley
Tuesday, October 5, 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Where: 25 Valley Road

Chat up the new superintendent of Princeton Public Schools in person!
