THANK YOU!
As the year comes to a close, we'd like extend our gratitude to everyone who served in a leadership role, volunteered, donated, or attended a PTO event. Thanks to your support, the PTO:
- Purchased classroom supplies, CP T-shirts and folders, and replaced broken playground equipment
- Funded school-wide events including recess runners, author visits, and a dance day
- Extended the curriculum with after-school clubs, grade-level artist residencies, STEAM Day, the Science and International Culture Fairs, and Spanish summer camps
- Built community through picnics, coffees, playdates, new family tours, and parent mixers
- Made it possible for students to attend programs, clubs, and other events regardless of their ability to pay.
THANK YOU to Erica Snyder for serving a two-year term as co-president. She's been an outstanding leader, colleague, and advocate for our community, and we are thrilled that she's agreed to help run some events next year.
After three years as V.P. of communications, I'm moving on to the middle school with my youngest child. I'm grateful to have been a part of this wonderful community of parents and teachers--you truly make "CP a Great Place to Be(e)!"
