Health PSA: To Quarantine or Not to Quarantine?
As Covid-19 infections spike across our region, please remain vigilant: Mask up, practice social distancing, and wash hands frequently. And if you think you or your student may have been exposed, here are handy guidelines for what actions to take. Be safe.
Toobydoo Partners with CP's Winter Clothing Drive
Deal ends Wednesday, November 18
|Toobydoo in Palmer Square is supporting CP's Children's Winter Clothing Drive by donating new clothes AND selling items for donation at steep discounts: coats for donation are half price at $45 and sale items for donation are 20% off of already reduced prices. Just note: This deal ends tomorrow. Thank you, Toobydoo and everyone who donated gently used items last week!|
Thanksgiving Food Drive
Now through Friday, November 20
Where: Drop off items to CP Main Entrance
CP is collecting food for Princeton Mobile Food Pantry all week long. Food may be dropped off at CP's main entrance from now through Friday, November 20.
PMF Pantry has been delivering food, including fresh produce and proteins, to Princeton families since the start of the pandemic. Most recipients are families with children in the Princeton Public Schools, many of whom attend CP.
Please consider dropping off any of the shelf-stable items listed here OR you can make a direct donation to Princeton Mobile Food Pantry to help purchase fresh produce and proteins, and other needs for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Video: Mindful of Race
If you missed yesterday's webinar on race and mindfulness with Dr. Nathalie Edmond, please check out the video here.
The event is part of a series of social emotional learning webinars jointly sponsored by PPS's elementary school PTOs. Previous webinars are also available to view online:
"Parenting During the Pandemic" with Dr. Eileen Kennedy Moore - October 22
"Family Resiliency During the Pandemic" with George Scott, EdS, LMFT - October 5 (Password: DyOZ3B$m)
|Fall Flower Sale||$578.09|
|Nomad Pizza Night||$413.10|
|TOTAL RAISED FOR 2020-21||$13,279.08|
|Unfortunately, we're unable to organize our largest fundraisers this year, including our annual fall event at the Ivy Inn, along with our auction and party boards. That means your direct support is more important than ever. Please help us to reach our goal of $40,000--or $100 per student--so that we can continue to offer enrichment programs and teacher support throughout the year!|

|Join parents from across the district for an informal conversation about topics of interest to families with students receiving special education services in Princeton. This will not be a formal presentation, but rather a parent-led group conversation. It's a great chance to meet other parents, ask questions, and share knowledge. All are welcome to join--for a few minutes, or the whole session! Find more SpEd PTO updates and subscribe to the monthly newsletter here.|
