Second Friday Coffee: BOE Candidates Return!

BOE candidate Mara Franceschi was mistakenly left off the invitation to the First Friday Coffee last week. The PTO is convening a second event to give everyone the opportunity to meet her and speak with the other candidates. We apologize for the omission and look forward to seeing Mara and the other candidates this Friday! 

Who: All CP parents and caregivers

What: Are invited to grab coffee and chat with other CP families.

Where: Outside the CP Main Entrance

When: Friday, October 11 from 8:10-8:30 a.m. 

Why: To meet other CP parents and learn more about the School Board candidates!

We Need YOU to Host a POP!

• A POP is a fundraising party, experience, or event that brings the CP community together for a good cause.
  
  • POPs can be for kids, for families, or for adults.
  • POPs can be small (10 moms at a game night); medium (20 middle grade students doing crafts on an early dismissal day); or big (150 people at the Garden Theatre for a CP-only movie).
• CP parents or teachers plan the POPs.
• The organizers donate their time, the space, and the materials (i.e. hosting a wine tasting party at their home; renting a local bowling alley; purchasing pumpkins and snacks for an after-school jack-o-lantern carving party). 
• The CP PTO charges admission and handles the sign-ups, and all proceeds benefit CP!

Princeton vs. Cornell Football Fundraiser

Join your friends from across this district on Saturday, Nov 2 at 1 p.m. to cheer on the Princeton University football team against Cornell.  CP's specially priced tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, Oct. 30.

PPS students will be able to line the tunnel and high five the team as they enter the field! 

Tickets will be sent as a PDF by email prior to the game.

Únase a sus amigos de todo el distrito el sábado 2 de noviembre a la 1 p. m. para alentar al equipo de fútbol de la Universidad de Princeton contra Cornell. Las entradas con precio especial para CP deben comprarse antes del miércoles 30 de octubre.

¡Los estudiantes de PPS podrán formar un túnel y saludar al equipo cuando ingresa al campo!
