Help with the CP Halloween Parade!
We need volunteers to decorate the CP playground for the Halloween Parade on Tuesday, Oct. 31 at 1 p.m. The parade begins at 2:15 p.m. Please consider loaning your Halloween decorations to the PTO--the more we have, the spookier the playground will be! Click here to volunteer.

After-School Clubs are not meeting this week due to early dismissal days on Tuesday through Friday. Need to keep your kiddo entertained on those long afternoons? Consider signing up for an early dismissal day POP!
Your PTO at Work: CP @ the PU Football Game
CP families came out in force for the PPS event at the PU Football game on Saturday. Superintendent Carol Kelly and Dr. Kim Tew were there to cheer on the home team with families from all six PPS schools. Proceeds from CP ticket sales support our school. Go, Tigers (and Parker Bears)!

2022 - 2023 Standardized Testing Report
PPS Administrators presented a summary of student standardized testing scores--from AP tests to the NJSLAs--to the Board of Education on Tues., Oct. 17. Click here to view the presentation.

A recording of the October 11 Long-Term Planning Meeting--which includes plans for CP--and archival documents about the planning process are now available on the PPS website.

The District emailed the community notes from the recent meeting, which include links to reports and presentations that were referenced.
Princeton High School Tours
Princeton High School Principal Cecelia Birge will be giving guided tours of the sites of improvement that are targeted in the Nov. 7 facilities referendum:
- Thursday, Oct. 26, 7 - 8 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 28, 10 - 11 a.m.
Meet at the Tower in the front of the building.
Hometown Halloween Parade
Friday, Oct. 27, 5:15 p.m.
Parade begins at Palmer Square Green and ends with more fun at the YWCA
Don your best costume for the Arts Council of Princeton's Hometown Halloween Parade! It's a Princeton tradition! Gather with your friends and neighbors on Palmer Square Green to enjoy a Halloween-themed performance by [CP parent] Jeff (of fan-favorite Storytime with Jeff!) before we depart promptly at 5:45pm. The festivities will continue at the YMCA with free family fun!
