New! Candy & Snack Wrapper Recycling

Just in time for Halloween, the PTO's Green Team installed a candy and snack wrapper recycling bin in the CP entrance vestibule. Please save your flexible plastic candy and snack wrappers and bring them to school to recycle.

  • All flexible candy/snack packaging and plastic wrappers are accepted, but food waste and cardboard/paper wrappers are not.
  • When the bin is full, Terracycle will make sure these hard-to-reuse plastics are turned into furniture, playground surfacing, and more!

Your PTO at Work

Tu PTO en el trabajo

Mr. Al, CP's custodian supervisor, requested and received PTO funds to purchase two new benches to replace broken ones alongside the playground's basketball courts. If you've met Mr. Al, you know he is incredibly diligent about caring for CP's facilities and ensuring the kids' safety. Thanks, Mr. Al!
