**Please note: Our time with Drs. Kelley and Tew will be very short. Please be prompt as we will start immediately at 8:15 a.m. with introductions and prepared questions.**

In order to maximize time, we will collect questions ahead of time to be sure we have time to ask the issues of most concern. We welcome all questions, but we will ask the most commonly-submitted questions first, and then leave time for audience members to raise hands with other questions. ** Please remember that CP is a large community with a variety of opinions and perspectives. We ask that you please communicate your ideas with a spirit of community and respect.
