Hello CP Families-
Please find the updated list of Spring Clubs, including an addition to the schedule - "Plant Whisperers with Mr. Wagner" in the CP Garden. Please note that some of the days have also changed for some of the clubs.
Clubs will run for 6 weeks, beginning on Tuesday, April 22, with registration taking place on Monday, March 31 at 8pm. Specific dates are as follows:
Tuesday: Apr 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27 (Make-up: Jun 3)
Wednesday: Apr 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28 (Make-up: Jun 4)
Thursday: Apr 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 (Make-up: Jun 5)
Friday: Apr 25, May 2, 9, 16, 30, Jun 5 (Make-up: Jun 13)

CLUB REGISTRATION remains first-come, first-served. The registration period will start at 8 PM on Mon, March 31.

You will be walked through the registration steps and can search for Community Park Elementary School. If you have any questions about the registration process please email cpafclubs@gmail.com
COST: The cost of a 6-week session is $100 ($97 for the club + $3 Homeroom service fee). (NOTE: The enrollment fee
for some clubs may be higher due to material expenses). Clubs are non-refundable after the clubs have started and will
be considered a donation to the CP PTO.
SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE! To request a scholarship, please email scholarships@cppto.org as soon as possible (before registration opens is encouraged) so that we have time to process the request.
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED! We CANNOT run clubs without parent volunteers! If you wish to be a CP PTO parent volunteer for all 6 weeks of clubs, your child will attend at no cost to you, and you can register before the general enrollment. Los clubes tendrán una duración de 6 semanas, comenzando el martes 22 de abril. Las fechas específicas son las siguientes:
Martes: 22 y 29 de abril, 6, 13, 20 y 27 de mayo (Recuperación: 3 de junio)
Miércoles: 23 y 30 de abril, 7, 14, 21 y 28 de mayo (Recuperación: 4 de junio)

La inscripción al club se realizará por orden de llegada. El periodo de inscripción comenzará a las 8pm del lunes 31 de marzo. LA INSCRIPCIÓN SE REALIZARÁ EL https://www.homeroom.com/

COSTO: El costo de una sesión de 6 semanas es de $100 ($97 por el club + $3 por el servicio de tutoría). (NOTA: La cuota de inscripción para algunos clubes puede ser mayor debido a los gastos de material). Los clubes no son reembolsables una vez iniciados y se considerarán una donación a la Asociación de Padres y Maestros (PTO) de CP.

¡TODAVÍA SE NECESITAN VOLUNTARIOS! ¡NO PODEMOS organizar clubes sin padres voluntarios! Si desea ser padre voluntario de la Asociación de Padres y Maestros (PTO) de CP durante las 6 semanas de clubes, su hijo/a asistirá sin costo alguno y podrá inscribirse antes de la inscripción general.
