What's in it for Community Park School?
A majority of the roofing at CP, plus outdated rooftop HVAC units, will be replaced starting in the summer of 2022. The red roofing section pictured below expired in 2015, and the pink section will expire in 2024. The red and pink areas are the portions that would be replaced if the referendum is approved. (The green would not expire until 2032 and 2034 and are not included in the referendum.)
