Hello CP Parents-
After-School clubs start tomorrow!
A few things to keep in mind:
- Clubs will begin at CP as soon as the school day ends, and pickup is at 4 PM SHARP. We reserve the right to terminate the participation of a student in a club if a student is repeatedly picked up late, determined at our sole discretion.
- Students in K-2 will be dismissed to the library and wait, supervised, until their club instructor comes to pick them up.
- Dismissal is by the entrance near the playground. When you pick up your student, please park and get out of your car. For safety reasons, children will not be released unless the dismissal staff see your face.
- Please remember that clubs should be FUN! Students are expected to be respectful to the instructor(s) and to the other kids in the club. Disciplinary issues will be handled according to the new protocol. The ultimate decision to have a student leave a club is up to the sole discretion of the instructor.
- Many of our children have allergies or eating restrictions. Therefore, no food or drink is allowed in clubs (except water)
Specific club dates are as follows:
Tuesday: January 24, 31, February 7, 14, 21, 28 (Make up: March 7)
Wednesday: January 25, February 1, 8,15, 22, March 15 (Make up: March 22)
Thursday: January 26, February 2, 9,16, 23, March 16 (Make up: March 23)
Friday: January 27, February 3, 10, 24, March 3, 10(Make up: March 17)

POTENTIAL CLUB SCHEDULE CHANGES:
- We will attempt to reschedule club sessions that are cancelled due to illness of the instructor, but might not be able to, depending on the circumstance. Please note the makeup date that has been reserved for each club.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason once clubs have started, other than a club that has been cancelled. Your payment is a contribution to the CP PTO, not a “fee for service.”
