Hello CP Families:

The Winter After-School Clubs will be starting next week on Tuesday, January 23rd.  The Clubs take place directly after dismissal at 3PM and run for 6 weeks. Specific dates are as follows:

Tuesday: Jan 23, 30, Feb 6, 13, 20, 27 (Make up: March 5)
Wednesday: Jan 24, 31, Feb 7, 14, 21, 28 (Make up: March 6)
Thursday:Jan 25,, Feb 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 (Make up: March 7)
Friday:Jan 26,, Feb 2, 9,  23, March 1, 8  (Make up: March 22)

The Winter Clubs are as follows:

POTENTIAL CLUB SCHEDULE CHANGES:

Club sessions that are canceled by the instructor will be rescheduled on the make-up date. Please note the makeup date that has been reserved for each club. 

NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason once clubs have started, other than a club that has been canceled. Your payment is a contribution to the CP PTO, not a “fee for service.”

LOGISTICS AND THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

• Clubs will begin at CP as soon as the school day ends, and pickup for most clubs is at 4 PM SHARP! 
• We reserve the right to terminate the participation of a student in a club if a student is repeatedly picked up late, determined at our sole discretion. If you know that you are unable to pick your child up on time, please don’t register your child for a CP PTO club. Many CP students go to the aftercare program at CP after clubs end, and you will be able to indicate that preference on your registration.
• Please note that we reserve the right to terminate the participation of a student in a club if the student is unable to constructively participate in the club, determined at our sole discretion.
• Please note: the school nurse is not present at CP after school during club sessions.
• Many of our children have allergies or eating restrictions. Therefore, no food or drink is allowed in clubs (except water).

POSIBLES CAMBIOS EN EL HORARIO DEL CLUB:

• Tenga en cuenta que el club que desea puede cancelarse debido a la baja inscripción. Los clubes que necesiten un padre voluntario de CP y no lo tengan también serán cancelados. Los clubes que no están inscritos pueden cancelarse y pueden surgir otros problemas que nos obliguen a cancelar un club también. Si se cancela un club al que su hijo quisiera participar, se le reembolsará el pago.
• Intentaremos programar las sesiones del club que se cancelen debido a una enfermedad del instructor, pero es posible que no podamos hacerlo. dependiendo de la circunstancia. Tenga en cuenta la fecha de recuperación que se ha reservado para cada club.

LOGÍSTICA Y COSAS A TENER EN CUENTA:

• ¡Los clubes comenzarán en CP tan pronto como termine el día escolar, y la recogida de la mayoría de los clubes es a las 4 PM EN PUNTO! Si su hijo está en K-2, permanecerá en la biblioteca hasta que el instructor los recoja.
• Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar la participación de un estudiante en un club si un estudiante es recogido tarde repetidamente, lo que se determinará a nuestro exclusivo criterio. Si sabe que no puede recoger a su hijo a tiempo, no registre a su hijo en un club CP PTO. Muchos estudiantes de CP asisten al programa de seguimiento en CP después de que finalizan los clubes, y usted podrá indicar esa preferencia en su inscripción.
• Tenga en cuenta que nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar la participación de un estudiante en un club si el estudiante no puede participar constructivamente en el club, determinado a nuestro exclusivo criterio.
• Tenga en cuenta: la enfermera de la escuela no está presente en CP después de clases durante las sesiones del club.
