This committee is used for communications between the PTO executive board and room parents. The PTO will email a room parent sign-up form at the beginning of the school year. There are usually two room parents per class section. Room parents help teachers plan parties, coordinate donations of classrooms supplies, and solicit class-wide or grade-wide staff gifts.
