The Carnival Committee will soon begin planning the Spring Carnival and and we have a few openings!
Carnival Committee: 12-15 engaged parents who meet several times over a 4-month period to collaboratively coordinate every detail of the Spring Carnival that grosses over $30K every year.
Food Lead(s): Ideally a role for two individuals. Got a bestie? This role coordinates every aspect of the food and beverages sold at the Carnival.
Volunteer Coordinator Lead: Coordinates additional volunteer help for the Carnival from sources outside of the school. Manages the check-ins and assignments of all volunteers during the Carnival.
Raffle/Auction Support: This area already has a Lead, but needs 1-2 parents with a lot of day-time flexibility to drive all over and pick-up donated raffle items as they come in. Working in the raffle booth on the day of the Carnival is also helpful.
The Carnival Committee and is a well-oiled machine and all the roles and duties are well defined. Anyone interested in joining will have immense support and will not have to reinvent the wheel.
