Great Kindness Challenge Week: Monday, January 27th - Friday, January 31st
Sun, Jan 26 2:33pm

The Great Kindness Challenge is focused on empowering students to create and celebrate a ‘CULTURE OF KINDNESS’ both on campus and in everyday life!

Spirit Days this week include:

Wednesday: “Ride the Wave of Kindness” by wearing surf attire

Friday: be “Kind of Crazy” and wear crazy hair or dress “kind of crazy.”

Students will also have an opportunity to prove that ‘Kindness ROCKS!!’ and paint kind or inspiring slogans on river rocks during lunch recess in the Art Room

5th/6th on Monday 1/27

3rd/4th on Tuesday 1/28

K-2nd on Thursday 1/30

The rocks will be treated to preserve them and then placed in the school garden.

We are also encouraging all students to write their acts of kindness on paper hearts, for addition to the KINDNESS TREE in the Innovation Center. Check it out in the attachment!

Let’s make sure our tree is in full bloom by the end of the week!

Thank you Katrina Heffinger for organizing these fun events!
