The Collaborative is thrilled to host a week full of gratitude, delicious sponsored lunches, and thoughtful activities to honor the amazing LEDs, facilitators, and support staff who make our school and community shine!

To help make this appreciation week extra special, we’d love the support of parent volunteers for set-up and prep throughout the week. Even an hour of your time makes a big difference and helps us show our staff just how valued and adored they are.

Thanks to the generous contributions raised through our 39 Days of Giving, all lunches and planned activities are fully covered—thank you for making that possible! If you'd like to give your LED a little something extra during the week, you're more than welcome to, but it's completely optional.

 Our 2025 Ride Across California Bike Riders!

Join us in CELEBRATING our incredible 5th grade riders and they completed an unforgettable journey on the Ride Across California—an epic challenge from the Colorado River in Yuma, Arizona, all the way to the beaches of San Diego!

These determined students began training back in September and powered through over 250 miles during Spring Break alone—amazing! Let’s cheer them, give high fives, and congratulate them on their incredible accomplishment! 🚴‍♂️🌟

D39 Shines at Science Olympiad State Championships!

15  bright minds from D39 recently represented our school at the prestigious Science Olympiad State Championships held at Caltech, competing against 32 top schools from across Southern California. With the support of over 25 dedicated coaches and parents, our team delivered an incredible performance—earning Top 10 rankings in 85% of the events and securing 17th place overall.

This marks a proud milestone and sets a strong foundation for the 2025–2026 season. To celebrate and share more, we're hosting an info-session on May 29th at 3:30 PM in the Showcase. Join us to hear inspiring reflections from our students and coaches, and learn how to be part of this exciting journey!

Big Win for Playtime! 🎉

Thanks to our amazing donors and community feedback, we’re excited to share that a recent grant has been awarded to fund even more playground equipment! We heard the needs from both our campus and families—and took action.

From brand-new soccer nets (already getting tons of love!) to hula hoops bringing smiles all around, this is just the beginning.  Your support makes a real impact—thank you for helping us make play and physical activity a priority! The Loft

We have officially hit our goal of 12,000 books in The Loft for our learners to enjoy, read, and expand from! Thank you to everyone who donated their time, efforts, and purchased books during Literary Week. Our learners are is awe of all the new genres and anxious to begin to devour all the new books they get to explore soon!
