Your weekly Thursday Three: community updates, our impact, and moments of gratitude and celebration from the D39C parent community.

A true three things today! 

1) Design Facilitator Hiring Updates

Thank you to all who completed the District survey and who attended the in-person feedback sessions. The District shared that they're interviewing qualified candidates ASAP, with the hope of having someone to finalize at next week's Board meeting. That may or may not happen - depends on the candidates - but the District does understand that expediency is important. 

2) Experience 39!

A re-imagined Experience39 - with fun for both new and returning students (inflatables, games, and a dedicated middle school hang space!) is coming on August 11. Join us to check out your new grade level spaces, reconnect with friends, and eat at some food trucks!


3) The D39Collaborative Annual Report

Per our bylaws, we've put out the annual report for last year's Collab operations; it can be found here: https://design39donors25-26.my.canva.site/. It details the fundraising, spending, operations, and goals of the organization.

Another huge thank you to all who participated in last year's fundraising, which made all of this possible! We've heard the feedback on 39 Days of fundraising being too much; Keep an eye out for this year's 9 Days of Giving details.
