Next week is Staff Appreciation Week, a celebration of our LEDs, Staff (including welcome center, maintenance, landscaping, health center, and janitorial staff), and our administration. They're the folks who make our campus as special as it is, and I encourage you to participate be sending a note with your designer, volunteering for one of the events, and generally showing our staff some love. 

I'd be remiss not to continue to invite you to join the Collab for next year, either in one of the three remaining open roles, or as a committee member (grants, events, special projects/campus improvements, etc.!). Happy to chat over a cup of coffee if you'd like to learn more.

At Design39 Campus, our staff pours love, energy, and heart into our  designers every day-and now it's our turn to celebrate them! Thanks to your generous support from our 39 Days of Giving campaign and our wonderful community sponsors, the D39C Collaborative will be treating our incredible staff to special daily appreciation events all week long.

Not too late to join the Collab...
D39 Collaborative is looking for a few great people to join our Board for the upcoming school year—and yes, this means you. We currently have three open roles:

• Fundraising Chair (bring the ideas, we’ll help with the hustle)
• Nominations & Onboarding Chair (aka the “find awesome people” role)
• Grants Chair (turn words into funding magic)

If you’ve ever thought, “I should get more involved”… this is your sign. It’s a great way to support our school, meet other parents, and make a real impact (plus, it looks pretty good on your unofficial “good human” resume).

Generally, I encourage you to browse the various Social Groups for those that you may feel you connect with, and joining to participate! 

A huge thank you to Lynn Caile, Leili Meshki, and ALL of the volunteers who helped to make Master Sports days a success! It takes a huge lift to give our designers this fun days, and this year's added chaos of moving dates due to the shifting school calendars and state testing only made things more hectic.
