To everyone who has been part of my Design39Campus journey,

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love and support you have shown me as I prepare to retire. Whether you attended my retirement celebration, stopped by another time to say goodbye, sent a card or message, or shared kind words and well wishes, please know how much it meant to me.

Seeing so many designers, families, colleagues, and friends was incredibly moving. I was overwhelmed in the best possible way by the hugs, stories, memories, flowers, cards, gifts, and thoughtful conversations. There were so many people I wanted to spend more time with and thank personally. If I didn't have the chance, please know how deeply grateful I am.

When Design39Campus opened twelve years ago, I never imagined what an incredible journey it would become. It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to be part of this community from the very beginning.

To the designers—past and present—thank you for allowing me to learn and grow alongside you. To the families, thank you for trusting me with your children and for partnering with me to create a community where children felt seen, valued, loved, and accepted for exactly who they are.

After more than 40 years in education and 12 wonderful years at D39, I am excited for my next chapter and the opportunity to be closer to family. At the same time, leaving this community is not easy. I will miss the relationships, laughter, hugs, and moments that made this work so meaningful.

I hope that, in some small way, I have helped fulfill our mission of creating "life-ready thought leaders who elevate humanity." Looking at the incredible young people who have been part of this journey gives me so much hope for the future.
