New!  Chalk the Walk for National Administrative Professionals Day - April 27th @ 2:00 pm 

Join your fellow Dragons after school to decorate the Duffy walkway in honor of Duffy's administrative professionals. They are the backbone of Duffy school--Let's show them how much we appreciate it! The PTO will have chalk to share!
New!  Duffy Garden Cleanup - April 30th @ 11:00 am
Drop in for our spring clean up next Saturday any time between 11:00 am -1:00 pm. Bring your rake and garden gloves, and let’s get the garden ready for spring!

Updated!  Duffy Yard Goats Night - May 6th @ 7:05 pm

If you purchased tickets for Friday's Duffy Yard Goats night, please look out for the tickets that will be sent home in an envelope in your child’s folder this week.  Any questions, please email Lisa Scoma.  If your child is performing in the Duffy choir, please refer to Mrs. Tierney’s previous flyer for timing/info.

New!   Book Drive to Support NextChapter Used Bookstore in West Hartford Center

Duffy is running a book drive lead by Mrs. Daily to support the bookstore and post secondary students who are learning job skills. Children's books are most needed right now, but please feel free to donate what you can in gently used condition. A collection box will be in our lobby through May 6th. Duffy Chess Program - Spring 2022

Award winning allClubs Chess instructor and coach, Alexander Lumelsky, continues his
instruction-based chess program for students grades K through 5, beginners welcome. The program runs for six weeks on Fridays. Click here for details. The registration deadline is April 25th.

Don’t miss this timely webinar for elementary and middle school parents, guardians, caregivers and educators.  Presented by ADL’s Director of Curriculum and Training, Jinnie Spiegler, this webinar will demonstrate how books can help children explore their identity, understand differences, and consider actions they can take to challenge bias and advance inclusion.
