New! Seeking 2023-2024 Parent Teacher Council (PTC) Representative
The PTC is an easy, interesting, and valuable way to participate in a dialogue with school district leadership and other schools' representatives. Sarah Dolan is stepping down as representative next year and we must fill this role. It consists of about 5 virtual meetings over the school year. Find more information about the PTC HERE. Contact sarahdolan@gmail.com if you are interested in being Duffy's representative next school year!
New! Presentation by Concerned Parents of Color
There is a presentation by Concerned Parents of Color West Hartford (CPCWH) on creating safe spaces for children of color that will be held in Blue Back Square on Thursday, 6-7:30pm. RSVP information is included in the attached flier.

Sunday, April 23rd is the last day of our Duffy Read-a-thon!  You may read, track minutes, and make donations up until midnight.  If you completed a paper tracker or have any cash/check donations, please hand them into the office by Monday, April 24th in an envelope labeled Read-a-thon.  Include your child’s name and teacher name.  Checks can be made out to the Duffy PTO.  Looking forward to celebrating everyone’s awesome reading soon!

Yard Goats Game
Duffy has sold over 700 Yard Goats tickets and sales are now officially closed. Tickets this year will be emailed to families directly from the Yard Goats stadium - be on the lookout for your tickets sometime next week! Thank you for your amazing support of this event and we can't wait to see our Duffy Dragons at the stadium!
We hope everyone enjoyed our inaugural Read-a-Thon this past week! This event was incredibly well organized and executed by Carrie Ann Cloud and Carla Corcoran. Thank you for bringing such a wonderful tradition to Duffy!
