PJ Day for the Kids at CCMC - December 11th

Friday, December 11th is PJ Day for the Kids at CCMC - a day for people to show unity with and support for the kids at CCMC, who spend days at a time or longer in their PJs. Duffy will participate as part of the West Hartford Public Schools team. On 12/11, every member of our school community can wear his/her PJs and make an optional donation of $1.00 or more to benefit the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at CCMC. Donations will be collected at school. Families and friends can also support our team by making an online donation via the Team Donation Page. See flyer for more information.

New!  Raffle Baskets

Ticket sales continue through Monday, December 14.  The winning tickets will be pulled on Wednesday, December 16 and announced via Konstella. Click here to see the basket contents, and click here for the raffle tickets sales form.

New!  Support the Tyler Family

The Aiken PTO is hosting a fundraiser to help a family in need. Brayden is a kindergarten student at Aiken, and his dad has been battling brain cancer for the last 5 years. The family kept their battle private for a long time, but have recently been looking for some more support to help with the never ending medical bills and to help provide for the family. Chris is only 32 years old, and unfortunately, didn't have life insurance and couldn't qualify for a plan once he got sick.

The Aiken PTO will be hosting a fundraiser at Ocho Cafe December 7th 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Click here to view the details. Can't participate in the fundraiser, but would still like to help? Click here to donate to their GoFundMe.

New!  Winter Boots and Snow Pants

Thanks to your generous donations, the Duffy Closet is filling up with winter apparel and accessories for families that need a little support! Just two categories of needs remain - winter boots and snow pants.

If you are able to donate new or gently used boots and/or snow pants, please send them along with your child and their teacher will arrange for front office pick up.
