Please see below for all the important information you need to know about this year’s fair.

🎟 Admission Information

Children ages 4+ require a wristband for entry.

Wristbands are $10 per child
-
Maximum family cost: $30
Your child’s wristband includes access to ALL activities throughout the fair.
🍕 Food & Ticket Information
Pizza, popcorn, and drinks will be available for purchase using tickets.
🎫 1 ticket = $1
Please refer to the ticket pricing information below to help estimate the number of tickets your family may need.
In addition, food trucks will be onsite this year for additional food options.

Skip the long lines and pre-purchase your wristbands and tickets ahead of time!
Families can pre-order by completing the Google Form HERE.

📦 Pre-Purchased Wristband & Ticket Distribution
All wristbands and tickets purchased by May 20 will be delivered home with your student during the week of the fair (May 26–May 28).
Any wristbands or tickets purchased after May 20 will be available for pickup at the Ticket Table on the day of the fair.

⛳️ DUFFY SCRAMBLE 🏌️
Thursday, June 11th 2026 at 1PM
The spring weather is calling, and the Second Annual Duffy Scramble is the perfect answer! The Duffy PTO is gearing up for our final fundraising push of the school year and we’d love your support.
This year, Tumble Brook Country Club will host the Duffy Scramble on June 11. The event will begin with a 1:00 PM shotgun start. Arrive early to check in, warm up on the driving range, or practice your putting before the round begins.
Golfers of all levels are welcome!
Sign up as an individual and we’ll place you with a group or register a full foursome.
Invite fellow Duffy parents, family members, friends, clients- anyone who enjoys a great day on the course is welcome to join.
Not a golfer but still want to join the fun? Come for the dinner and social hour at 6:00 PM!
Sponsorship opportunities!
There are also many opportunities to support the event as a sponsor.
Showcase your business with your logo featured on event signage, or become the exclusive sponsor for our golf carts, dinner, or on-course contests.
Families and businesses can also sponsor a tee box to show their support.

YOUTH SUMMER STRENGTH SERIES
CELEBRATE WEST HARTFORD!
We are still looking to fill spots. Please share this invitation with your friends and family. We are especially in need of volunteers for:
- Poster Distribution: This can be done anytime over the next week or so. Just come to the office to collect supplies and your assigned area to cover.
- Dining Tent Attendants: This is the perfect job for the teenagers in your life! They can work together while listening to the bands.
- Carnival Ticket Sellers: The booth is air conditioned, just sayin'.
- Friday Night Greeters: Welcome artists and help them find their booths.
