Baking Club:  The final session of the 5th Grade Baking Club will be held on Tuesdays, May 27, June 3, and June 10 from 3:20 - 4:30 p.m. We are welcoming spring with no-bake desserts, including chocolate tiramisu, homemade ice cream, and more! Registration opens on Wednesday, May 21 at 12:00.  See attached flyer for more information.

Field Day 2025 is almost here!!!

Mark your calendars for May 27 (grades 3, 4, 5) and May 28 (grades K, 1, 2). Sign ups went out earlier in the week, thank you to all of our volunteers!

Donations of water balloons and cases of water bottles (to refill water bottles while outside) are needed. All donations can be dropped off in the front office where there will be a labeled bin for water balloon donations starting next Wednesday May 14th. Thank you!!




Healthy Tech Habits for Growing Minds:  May 29th at the West Hartford Town Hall from 6:30-7:30pm.  Technology is a big part of your child’s world but creating healthy habits at home can be tricky. Join the Office of Equity Advancement on May 29th for an insightful and practical workshop designed for parents and caregivers of elementary students. NEW!  Volunteer Appreciation Coffee will be held on Friday, June 6th 8:45-9:45am on the Duffy Front Lawn.  

Friday, June 13th is the last day of school.  Grade 5 Clap Out will be 1:30-1:45pm.  Dismissal is at 2:00pm.

Crazy About Sports Summer Camp:  Come Join us for Crazy About Sports! This is activity based program that will provide kids the opportunity to play hard and have fun.  This program gives kids the chance to develop the skills, confidence, and desire to be active this SUMMER with Mr. DeVeau Duffy’s PE Teacher.  Kids will be introduced to a variety of games and activities that encourage great competition, great sportsmanship, and great FUN!  Let’s have a summer filled with GREAT OPPORTUNITIES TO PLAY!
