Help us plan two fun nights out for the Duffy parent community!

The Duffy PTO is looking for volunteers to help with this year's Parents' Night Out events. Whether you'd like to help lead the planning or simply lend a hand along the way, we'd love to have you involved.

This year's events include:

🥂 Fall Parents' Night Out
Friday, October 9th 2026 | 6PM-10PM | New Park Brewery, West Hartford

🎉 Spring Parents' Night Out 
Friday, March 5, 2027 | 7:00–10:00 PM | The Pond House, West Hartford

Join fellow Duffy parents for an evening of drinks, music and great company while supporting our school community.

⭐ Committee Chair

Lead the planning efforts, coordinate volunteers, and help organize both Parents' Night Out events throughout the year.

🥂 Committee Co-Chairs

Work alongside the Committee Chair to share responsibilities, coordinate event details, and help ensure both events are successful.

🎉 Committee Members

Help with planning, decorations, music, communications, sponsorships, and event details. There's no expectation to do everything—contribute in whatever way fits your schedule.

🙋 Day-of Volunteers

Help with setup, check-in, decorations, cleanup, and other event needs. Volunteer opportunities and time slots will be shared closer to each event.
