The PTO invites all parents to be part of Duffy’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Committee!

Our mission is to strengthen our community by planning events and sharing resources that broaden perspectives and foster belonging for every family.

In past years, the EDI Committee has organized the annual Souper Bowl Food Drive, a trip to the Mashantucket Pequot Museum, guest speakers, and Family Game Night. By planning and developing events, the committee creates opportunities for our community to learn, celebrate, and connect in ways that broaden perspectives and foster inclusion.

For the 2025–2026 school year, we’re excited to welcome back past participants (sign up below!) and also invite new members to join us.

Here’s how you can get involved:

• Join the Planning Team – Become part of our committee community, collaborating with others and helping to plan and support events throughout the year.

• Sign Up as a Co-Chair – Work alongside our current Chairs on the broader planning and leadership of the committee.
