The Duffy PTO is looking for volunteers to help organize our early fall events. Whether you'd like to help lead the committee or simply lend a hand along the way, we'd love to have you involved.
This fall's events include:
🍎 Teacher Welcome Back Lunch – Tuesday, August 25
☕ First Day of School Welcome Coffee – Wednesday, August 26
🍦 Welcome Wagon & Ice Cream Social – Thursday, September 3
📚 Curriculum Night – Thursday, September 10
⭐ Committee Chair
Lead the planning efforts, coordinate volunteers, and help ensure our fall events are welcoming and successful.
🍂 Committee Co-Chairs
Work alongside the Committee Chair to share responsibilities, coordinate volunteers, and help keep each event running smoothly.
🎉 Committee Members
Help with planning, preparations, and event details. There's no expectation to do everything—contribute in whatever way fits your schedule.
🙋 Day-of Volunteers
Help with setup, greeting families, serving, cleanup, and lending a hand where needed. Volunteer opportunities and time slots will be shared closer to each event.
