Give a Book 📚 Get a Book Celebration

A Duffy tradition celebrating literacy and the joy of giving! Volunteers help organize donated books, assist students with “shopping” for books, and wrap their selections. The school lobby is decorated to create a festive bookstore experience for the kids.

We’re beginning to plan this year’s celebration and would love your help in making it a fun and meaningful day for our students!

Here’s how you can get involved:
🌟 Committee Chairs – Lead overall planning, coordination, and logistics. This is a team effort, so there can be more than one chair!

✨ Committee Co-Chairs – Work alongside the chairs to share responsibilities and help keep everything running smoothly. Be an integral part of the team and help support your fellow volunteers.

🙌 Planning Team – Assist with organizing treats, coffee service, and logistics to help the morning run seamlessly. You don’t need to commit to every task — sign up for what you can, or just join the Planning Team to be the first to get details and stay in the loop!
