Presidents Signed Up: 2 / 2Help lead the PTO and support our school community throughout the year. Work closely with school administration, run meetings, and make sure events, committees, and volunteers feel supported and organized.

Vice Presidents Signed Up: 2 / 2Support the Presidents and help keep PTO activities and events running smoothly, much like the Presidents role. This role is part of leadership succession planning and provides hands-on experience across PTO committees to ensure continuity from year to year.

Treasurer Signed Up: 1 / 1Manages PTO finances, including the budget, reimbursements, and event expenses. Works with the board to make sure PTO funds are used responsibly to support students, teachers, and school programs.

Co-Treasurer Signed Up: 1 / 1Works alongside the Treasurer to help with reimbursements, tracking expenses, and reporting. This is a learning role designed to prepare someone to step into the Treasurer position in the future.

Recording Secretary Chair Signed Up: 0 / 1Takes notes at PTO meetings and keeps meeting minutes and records organized. Posts PTO meetings, agendas and minutes on Konstella. Helps ensure clear communication and continuity for the board and school community.

Recording Secretary Co-Chair Signed Up: 1 / 1Assists with meeting minutes and documentation while learning the role. Designed as a step-in, step-up position for future PTO leadership.

Volunteer Coordinator Chair Signed Up: 1 / 1Helps recruit, organize, and communicate with volunteers for PTO events and school activities. Assists PTO Chairs and volunteers setting up sign-up sheets, committees and classroom leads.

Fundraising Committee Chairs Signed Up: 2 / 2Plan and run fundraising events that support school programs, enrichment, and PTO initiatives. Collaborate with volunteers and the board to create fun, community-focused fundraisers.

Merchandise & Brand Chair Signed Up: 1 / 1Oversees PTO spirit wear and school merchandise. Helps build school pride by coordinating designs, ordering, and distribution for families.

Communications Chair Signed Up: 1 / 1Keeps families informed about PTO meetings, events, and volunteer opportunities. Manages PTO emails, newsletters, and digital updates via Konstella so information is clear and timely.

Teacher Representative Signed Up: 1 / 1Serves as a connection between teachers and the PTO board. Shares teacher input and helps ensure PTO efforts support classrooms and school priorities.

|
Parent Teacher Council (PTC) Delegate Signed Up: 1 / 2This volunteer represents Duffy on the Parent Teacher Council, comprising reps from all West Hartford public schools. Delegate attends monthly meetings and reports back to the PTO board.

Member at Large Signed Up: 2 / 20A great way to get involved and stay connected to the PTO without committing to a specific role. Members at Large are included in PTO board communications on Konstella, help out with events and projects as needed, and get a chance to see how different roles and committees work, making it a natural stepping stone into a future PTO position.
