Parent/Teacher Conferences Week 🗓️ November 17–21, 2025

Our teachers and staff give so much of themselves every day to support and inspire our kids. Parent-Teacher Conferences are a wonderful opportunity for families to connect directly with teachers, and we want to show our educators how much we truly appreciate their hard work. From coordinating thoughtful meals and treats to supporting the logistics of the week, your help makes a meaningful difference in celebrating and caring for our amazing school!

Here’s how you can get involved:

🌟 Committee Chairs – Lead the overall effort and guide the planning for conference week. This is a team effort, so there can be two chairs!

✨ Committee Co-Chairs – Work alongside the chairs to share responsibilities and help keep everything running smoothly. Be an integral part of the team and support your fellow volunteers.

🙌 Planning Team – Assist with organizing meals, treats, and logistics to help the week run seamlessly. You don’t need to commit to every task — sign up for what you can, or simply join the Planning Team to be the first to get details and stay in the loop!
