Please join us for Duniway's 2nd Annual Sock Drive! We are asking for your help with donations of new socks and undergarments. I have been acting as the liaison between Duniway and the PTA/PPS Clothing Center this year, and they are always looking for new items to distribute to students in need. The drive will start next week, starting November 2nd, and will continue collecting items until December 4th. If you would like to help out and donate pairs of new socks, please send them to school with your student where they can drop off at one of the "Donation Bins" near their classroom or inside the main entrance of the school. 
Last year, our community donated 934 pairs of new socks. With each student receiving 7 new pairs of socks when they come into the center, we helped over 130 students. To give an idea of how many students come into the center, we have already helped clothe over 350 students just this year, so far. 
We, at the Clothing Center, believe every student has the right to feel confident walking into school and feeling their best, and we believe new, clean clothing helps with that.
