PRE FAIR: Scholastic makes fair set up pretty easy! We need assistance with rolling carts, lifting boxes, and setting up book shelves the Friday before the fair so it's ready for Monday! Kids are welcome to accompany their adult as part of the volunteering!
DURING FAIR: Volunteers will remain in the Library for their 90 minute shift to assist kids with finding fun book titles, managing checkout and registers, and organizing the bookshelves. Two shift options each day (2:30-4:00 / 4:00-5:30).
AFTER FAIR: Immediately following the close of the fair on Friday, October 3rd - we will consolidate any remaining books, re-shelf the book carts, and organize the fair materials for easy pick up by Scholastic.
