International Walk and Roll to School Day was a success! Thank you for walking, rolling and carpooling to school yesterday! We were able to track 382 participating students and that doesn't include our wonderful teachers who participated. Special shout out to Teacher G for playing music and MC'ing the event!
We will be holding the raffle for those who completed the Walk and Roll scavenger hunt and handing out prizes at the assembly on Friday, 10/16. If your child still has their sheet, please turn it into the office by Monday next week.
I'm sure many of you who ride to school regularly have noticed our new bike rack arrangement and we hope it has made it easier for students to get in and out of the bike parking area safely and efficiently. Our bike racks happen to be on either side of a heavily used driveway where our school's meals are delivered, trash is collected by large garbage trucks and other delivery vehicles, so it is important for students to find a designated parking place for their bike. Parking outside of the bike rack puts bikes at risk of being damaged by one of these service vehicles.
Thanks again for making yesterday a fun and successful event for our school! Here are some pictures of our bike racks and bike train that took place yesterday morning. .jpeg)

Thanks again and have a great week-end!
