Auction Volunteers Needed!

Our auction team is in need of volunteers! Although the auction happens in the Spring, volunteers are needed NOW to start coordinating donations and sponsorships. The auction is our biggest fundraiser, bringing in nearly half of our PTA budget, and supports so many important programs for our school. We can’t do this without YOU. All of this work can be done from your computer or phone and you will have the support of our great auction team!

We need:

Donation Request Coordinators (2): We need two volunteers to plan and conduct donation request efforts, including contacting local and non-local donors via mail/email/online submission forms, or to visit businesses in person, entering donation info in online system or communicate info to Online Auction Admin and sending thank you letters.

Sponsorship Request Coordinators (2): We need two volunteers to coordinate our sponsorship requests from businesses. Most of the planning is already done from last year. The volunteers will reach out to potential sponsors and parents with connections to potential sponsors, update and track sponsors on spreadsheet, liaise with auction coordinators, and oversee sponsorship promotion before and during the event.

Auction co-chair: We need a volunteer to work alongside our current auction co-chair to make this year’s auction a success! This is a great opportunity to plan a great online event and work with a fabulous team.
