Title: Autism & Ability Acceptance Assembly

Calling all Super Otters!

This November we will be developing our “super powers” of inclusion and compassion with a live Zoom assembly.

Date: Wednesday, November 18, 2020

Time: 3:15pm

Speakers: James and Jonathan from Geek Club Books.

A local nonprofit, Geek Club Books uses storytelling through superhero comics and informative videos to teach students about autism, self- and peer-acceptance, inclusion, and compassion for those on the autism spectrum.

Students and families are encouraged to ask questions via Zoom chat to learn more about our speakers, their personal journeys, and the autism spectrum. For any families who are unable to attend live, the event will be recorded and shared.

Mark the date on your calendars for this fun community event!
