Each day during "Love Each Otter Week" we'll send out a daily wellness practice for families to try at home.
FRIDAY - COMPASSION
Purpose - Remind our students to be compassionate with themselves and make time for things they truly enjoy.
Practice - Work with your student to identify one thing they enjoy for every letter of the alphabet (so 26 things total). Put them on cards, each day choose three cards and do one of those things. Alternatively, make a pleasant events calendar to help our students find 20-30 minutes a week to do something fun.
