Edison Auction Winners: Payment & Pick-up Instructions

Thank you to everyone who took part in the Edison PTA Auction Fundraiser! We look forward to sharing results once the numbers have been finalized. In the meantime, there are two action items for item winners:

Complete Your Payment

Please follow these steps to complete your payment. Any outstanding payments will be automatically processed on Monday, March 17.

  • Sign into BidPal and click on the account icon to see what you won
  • Under "Account," update the credit card on file (if needed)
  • Under "Receipt," complete your payment
  • Completing payment will generate a receipt to the email address on file

Pick Up Your Items

If you won an item during the auction, please pick up your winnings at the following times:

  • Monday, Mar 17, 10:00am-6:00pm at 3221 Thompson Ave.
  • Tuesday, Mar 18, 8:20am through dropoff. Emma will be located close to the office entrance.
  • Tuesday, Mar 18,  6:00pm-8:00pm at the PTA meeting, Edison MPR.
  • Thursday, Mar 20, 5:00-7:00pm at 3221 Thompson Ave.

If none of these times work, please email auction@edisonpta.org.

Note that Homemade Meals and Hosted Parties winners will be contacted by Chefs or Hosts with further details. Artwork winners who did not claim their winnings at the gala have been contacted separately with pickup instructions.

Lost Something?

If you left an item at the Alameda Ballroom, please stop by on Monday, Mar 17, anytime between 10am-2pm to retrieve it or contact Lynn at email.lynnjones@gmail.com
