Edison's robotics team needs a mentor!

Would you like to be a mentor for Edison School’s brand new Robotics team?  The Robotics mentor will serve as a coach to Edison 4th - 5th graders as they build their Robot to compete in the Alameda Education Foundation’s Robotics competition on Saturday, May 11.  The mentor does not have to have technology experience, just be open to learning.  AEF will provide training, coaching, and a stipend of $650.



Thursday, Feb. 7 - Mentor training, 5:30 - 7:30, Wood Middle School

Week of March 4 - Teams start working.  Recommendation is 2 afternoons per week, 1 hour each.  At Edison.

Saturday, May 4 - Build Day at Wood, 10 am - 2 pm

Saturday, May 11 - Competition at Wood 9 - 2:30
