Hi Edison families,
Our Family Food Fest (Saturday, November 15th, 5:30-7:30pm) is just around the corner and to help make this a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we will need helping hands on the day of the event.

Set up crew will come in at 4:45pm to assist Committee members with the set up at the MPR.

Sign-in / Welcome Table Helpers (children okay) Signed Up: 0 / 2Sat, Nov 15
Welcome guests and provide volunteer information, hand out food tags for their family dishes, ensure guests wear name tags, etc.

Assist families with locating food tables and overall supervision of tables and the area during the event.

Sensory Room Lead (adult) Signed Up: 0 / 2Sat, Nov 15
Supervise the Sensory Room area whenever busy. Volunteers can coordinate turns.

Kids Art Area Supervisors Signed Up: 0 / 2Sat, Nov 15
Supervise the kids' activity table during the event and ensure supplies are restocked. Volunteers can coordinate turns when it's not busy.

If you have a great phone camera or own a professional one, or simply love taking photos, you are invited to be our event's photographer and take as many photos as you can.
Must join the D&I Committee to be able to directly upload photos into the Konstella album.

Clean up Crew Signed Up: 1 / 3Sat, Nov 15
Clean up crew will assist committee members with the clean up after the event. Feel free to stay and help for as long as you can.

Go Green : Help guests sort their used plates during the event Signed Up: 1 / 2Sat, Nov 15
Assist and guide families on which bins the Go Green dishes should go during the event. Ensure no Go Green dishes are being tossed in the regular trash. Free to roam around the area, you are not required to stay in a particular spot.

Go Green : Wash used dishes after the event Signed Up: 1 / 3Sat, Nov 15-8:00pm
Help bring Go Green dishes home to wash after the event and return to the office on Monday. Volunteers can coordinate the division and collection of dishes.
