GRATITUDE - Love Each Otter Week Daily Wellness Practice

Each day during "Love Each Otter Week" we'll send out a daily wellness practice for families to try at home.


Purpose - To help our students remember the things they are thankful for during this pandemic. 

Practice - In the evening at dinner or before going to bed, have our students (or everyone in the family) think of three things they are grateful for and tell them to each other. One gratitude can be about yourself, another about someone else, and the third about something out in the world.
