Friday March 15th is the last day of the two week Golden Sneaker Contest. Students will track how they get to school each day from March 4th - March 15th. The classroom with the highest percentage of healthy travel choices will win a Golden Sneaker Trophy, golden shoelaces and a celebration.
Healthy travel choices means walking, biking, scootering, carpooling or if you have to drive, park two blocks away from school and walk the rest of the way! That counts as walking and reduces traffic close to the school making it safer for everyone.
