Edison PTA is paying for Live Scan fingerprinting this year—no reimbursement necessary! Please sign up for a time slot and be ready at your designated time. Appointments for room parents are reserved for 7:30-8:00, following the orientation training. Walk-ins will be taken if time permits.

To participate, you will need:

• Government-issued ID
• Request for Live Scan form - copies will also be available at the event

***You can also complete your fingerprinting with any local Live Scan service and complete the PTA reimbursement form. One recommended provider is CA Live Scan on Bay Farm, which has convenient online scheduling.***

Fingerprinting is required for all "ongoing" volunteers (those volunteering more than twice per school year), or volunteers who may supervise students without a staff member present. It is good for your entire time at AUSD. If you already have your Live Scan clearance on file with AUSD, you do NOT need to do it again.
